A very comfortable hotel reasonably close to the bus station.

Location, is in the middle of Indautxu neighborhood, you can go to the most touristic points on foot, the availability when changing room (they offered us a room with two single beds together, we went down to claim double bed room and they changed it without problem)

Price of the double comfort room 2 nights 186e only accommodation.. hotel corridors old-fashioned.. price of the abusive breakfast 14. 50e person/night, nearby you can have breakfast for much less in bakeries, cafeteria, pintxos bars (juice, coffee, toast 4e). price of the abusive parking 17. 50e per day. if you go during the week maybe you can pay, if you go on the weekend, nothing. There is a blue zone (maximum two hours) and a green zone (maximum 5 hours) for parking, condition not to repeat the zone at the time of parking or to let pass 3 hours to park again in the same zone. (Saturday afternoon and Sunday free)

The comfort queen room was new-fashioned and included a work desk, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities. The breakfast with super healthy cake and fantastic healthy options was delicious and absolutely superb.

Quite complete breakfast, with quality products and very varied. nice breakfast area. Great room decoration style and lots of hangers and shelves too. Everything OK. Reception service very good, has umbrella loan service and a small breakfast at 5 am for those who have to leave early. bathroom is very spacious and shower works with quite a lot of flow and strength, that's wonderful. location is very good, there is a metro, tram and bus nearby, taxi stand at the door and you can even walk to the old town which is perhaps the furthest away (20min)

The marble in the bathroom needs to be polished or even modernized a little bit. To put some glue, they only put 1 jar of gel every day...we need to ask for more because it was not enough.

The best part here is definitely the continental breakfast 🥐. They've got everything - cakes, cereal bars, and fresh fruit. It's a great way to start the day!

Staff were fery friendly and the location was reasonably close to everything. But I thought the cost of the breakfast was on the high side.

The continental breakfast here is superb and reasonably priced, while the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Nicely furnished room and efficient staff on checking in the receptionist. Comfy beds and an electronic key card, a work desk and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Magnificent and decent location by the stop, and 10 minute walk from a modern art museum.

Charme of the hotel,room and breakfast..

We searched for 1hour to find the intrance (garage) of the hotel...NO Indication to get in with the car, because of all the one way streets in the aerea!!!! No free access to intenet (compared with other silken hotel we stayed) though it was mentionned on the internet...We stayed for more than 10min. in the elevator...
